Mikey's Arctic Circle2 (yup I did it twice) on my Harley Sportster

Stuff as of 13JUL06sorry for the recent broken links!.   -

I have rebuilt this  site to be viewed at 1024 x 768 monitor resolution; that's my guess at the  best compromise.
If your display shows the words running into the pictures, use the
default setting for text size on your browser.

Want some bad news?
   My brother Rick went goofy!

Note to you who have jumped in here from GOOGLE – please understand that the rankings are no longer the standard search engine results.  Since this is a non-commercial site, I’ve lost the top rating held for YEARS!

I do wonder if Willie G. is aware of what’s happening….

Attached is a work in progress, the travelogue for my Alaskan trip.  You have here the official, completed rough draft.                          For all you who have commented, here is a minor confidence to keep in mind as you read my travelogue:

1)       With my recovery from near-fatal pneumonia, I let the old site get dusty.  Sorry about that.

2)       My email address has changed, first due to the Excite @ home debacle, more recently due to AT&T selling out to Comcast.  Therefore, my new one is as follows, but I’m asking you to type it in rather than clicking on a link:  leduc-mike-judy @ comcast.net  {please leave out the spaces! - sorry for any inconvenience, but I can no longer stand the spam!  Those web crawlers are merciless}.

Soon will come fascinating landscape projects in my back yard ( go ahead, click it!) , the kids,
multiediamania [sure, trust me] and  more.

Ø    I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who signed my guestbook, it is an inspiration to read, and I’ll try to respond…

Um, yippee kiyo kiyaa.

There is a question at the bottom of the guest book form, asking
"Should I publish this on a CD ?"
This is in response to some emails, where I learn that my ISP has some speed problems,
my presentation is lacking in the full, high-definition photographs,
and some have even asked for a 'permanent' copy of the travelogue.
I'm working on it.  It will come.

1.       I have to finish this thing.

2.       I agree, it does need a rewrite after that.

3.       I'll format it for an 8 ½ by 11” paper (not A4, sorry), but you print it yourself.

4.       There will be full resolution images, as high a quality as my system will deliver.

5.       I'll sell it by request only, price to cover my costs.
I don't think I can invest in an online shopping cart system right now.
Hell, I can't even keep this site maintained.

If you violently object, don't buy it.  It could be in M-Word or HTML.

Well, by my watch it is almost three a.m. In my reverie, I remember the first time I saw the sun stay up all night long, and somehow, I can still see the scene. I have the tapes in my head.  You my friend, must do with this puerile rendition.

My neighborhood, a newly created site for local interests.  Welcome!

If you want to give that big CPU of yours something  to do [rather than rendering this lame web site!] why not run some real research on Cancer and other diseases like anthrax?  I spend most of my time watching the molecules dance and spin.

My Pal Claus' Home page- the Professor figures centrally in a much more ambitious journey, long ago,
but my skills are not mature enough to tell it yet. I will, but not just now.
I wish him well, and many idyllic miles on his Harley.
Thank you, for everything, Professor Claus Josef Riedel .
